David, a business broker for over 14 years, has been involved in hundreds of business sale transactions. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and holds a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation. He also is a licensed Real Estate Broker in SC and GA.
Prior to his involvement in business brokerage, David was the President and part Owner of Codalex Imaging, a document management business with offices in SC, GA and TN. Codalex was sold in December of 1997 as part of a roll up IPO, at which time the company employed over 150 people and had sales in excess of $10 million.
David is a member of the Board of Directors of Advanced Imaging Systems, a private company in Charlotte, NC. Also, David currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Trust of South Carolina, www.scchildren.org the statewide non profit for the prevention of abuse and neglect of children in SC. He is active in his church, St. Peters, in downtown Columbia, SC.

He was Gen Mgr of Premier Electric and VP of operations for Diversified Products; President of MTI and Letron Corps. In his career he has negotiated the purchase and sale of numerous large and small corporations.
